How Do I Get Started?
The best to begin your SlimeFun experience is to learn how to create all of the “Basic Machines”. First, use Shift+Rightclick to access your SlimeFun Guide. You'll need that to spawn in items. When you first access the SlimeFun Guide, it will be in book. Flip through the pages to find text you click on. If you click on “Book” until it says “Inventory”, your SlimeFun Guide will switch to an Inventory GUI. Both accomplish the same thing so use it either way you prefer.
Experience
In order to access new SlimeFun recipes, you'll need to gain some XP. Mob Grinders are a great source of XP, but you can also gain XP through normal gameplay (mining, smelting, etc...). In the future, you may also be able to access new items using ingame money (not real money). Also, if you are in Creative Mode, SlimeFun will be disabled.
Your First Machine
After you have built up your XP levels, Click the “Basic machines” tab and learn how to create an “Enhanced Crafting Table.” The Enhanced Crafting Table will help you make new parts and materials which will be required to make new machines. tool, weapons, and foods!
The Possibilities are Endless
As you learn to create new machines, you'll want to start branching off into new SlimeFun topics. There are an insane amount of crazy new items, tools, resources, magical armor and food that you can make! One thing I suggest is crafting a set of slime armor! Its under “Magical Armor” on the second page of the book or if you using inventory mode of the guide, The golden chest plate on the first row Items 5-8. Remember to start small and don’t get overwhelmed!
